		<description>I wonder if the people who do these surveys, stop and take into account the number of people who recycle their bags as bin liners as apposed to buying commercial &quot;bin liners&quot; which cost more trhan reuseing the supermarket variety that your shopping in put in. I have NEVER thrown a plastic bay away in a place other than the bin, and see that, the problem needs to have more common sence and education. I will not shop where I have to pay for something to carry my purchases in, as I consider it just a rip off and an excuse to charge.</description>
